Ownership
As of August 1st, The Colosseum Strength & Conditioning will be closing it’s doors and re-opening with a fresh vision.

Functional Fitness
These small group sessions are designed to increase your strength, lean muscle mass, decrease your body fat and improve overall fitness.
Olympic Weightlifting
break down some of the more complex barbell movements at a slower pace under the watchful eye of our expert coaches.

Kelvin Hall
Owner/Head Coach
Kelvin is a passionate weightlifter, strongman and strength & conditioning coach and has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Helping people achieve their fitness goals and working with them to further develop their skills is what Kelvin enjoys the most in life (that and coffee).
Bec
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Bec has been passionate about fitness and training over the last 15 years, combining her love of group fitness to mixed martial arts, Muay Thai and now CrossFit. Bec enjoys guiding and assisting people with their fitness journey especially that moment of helping someone realise their capabilities which is very rewarding for her.

Angelo has been involved in the fitness and CrossFit industry for over 10 years and has specialised in CrossFit for the past 7 years. Angelo always brings a smile and a laugh to his classes and makes fitness fun while ensuring that your movements are performed to the highest standard.

Fifteen years ago, I started CrossFit after a long period of inactivity, just a normal bloke trying to become a fitter, healthier human.Since then, I’ve maintained a regular training regime and discovered a passion for sharing that journey with others.For most of that time, I’ve been coaching—helping people move better, build confidence, and make real progress through practical, hands-on training. My approach is simple: get you moving, keep you improving, and make fitness a sustainable part of your life.I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do believe in being prepared. Whether you’re just getting started or pushing past a plateau, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you to take that next step.
