Fifteen years ago, I started CrossFit after a long period of inactivity, just a normal bloke trying to become a fitter, healthier human.Since then, I’ve maintained a regular training regime and discovered a passion for sharing that journey with others.For most of that time, I’ve been coaching—helping people move better, build confidence, and make real progress through practical, hands-on training. My approach is simple: get you moving, keep you improving, and make fitness a sustainable part of your life.I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do believe in being prepared.
