Elevate your fitness game with our Strength & Conditioning class at The Hallway Gym. This dynamic, high-intensity class is designed to build power, endurance, and agility through a combination of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements.

Weightlifting

Perfect your technique and build serious strength in our Weightlifting class at The Hallway Gym. Focused on the fundamentals of Olympic lifting, this class emphasises proper form and progressive overload to maximise your power in the snatch, clean, and jerk.

Recovery

Enhance your recovery and unwind in our Infrared Sauna at The Hallway Gym. The IR Sauna uses gentle infrared heat to penetrate muscles and joints, promoting relaxation, improving circulation, and accelerating muscle recovery.
